Wildfire Ceramic Studio is offering kids ceramic camps this summer!

 

Throughout the past year, Wildfire has held monthly Family Fun clay workshops on a range of projects, from mugs to planters to ornaments. We are excited to extend this offering to include camps full of fun and exploration! 

 

Gabs Conway, the Family Fun instructor and WCS Kids Ceramic Camps Counselor, has nearly 10 years teaching experience with kids and adults alike, including facilitation of several summer camps. Gabs grew up throwing
and sculpting alongside her father while he studied ceramics in Mankato, Minnesota. In May of
2021, she earned her BFA, with a concentration in ceramics at the University of Wisconsin -
Stout. Now, she is a full time artist and educator. See more here.
 

Each camp spans five mornings Monday-Friday from 9am -12pm and is tailored to age-appropriate projects. Gabs will guide your child through each project from construction through decoration.

Wildfire will fire the pieces. They will be available to pick up the First Friday of the following month (July 5th for June's camp, August 2nd for July's camp, September 6th for August's camp).
